top 15 reasons why Disneyland is better than Disney World

I know, I know, there owned by the same company. But alas this is my opinion. If you ever been to Disneyland (it was like backyard for me many years and again will be) and Disney World you will know the difference of the parks and which is more enjoyable lets go!

1. Celebrate! a Street Party has more of a better dance feel and environment then Disney World's Move it! Shake Celebrate it!- This is because of the weather changing in Florida they have to change everything. CA may have a smaller Main Street USA, but the dancing is so much better and more upbeat (i've seen the 40 min video of both will see it live soon) DisneyWorld is so slow! CA makes you want to groove too. World just sounds slow and iffy

2. Disney Worlds Units (or Floats for Disney talk) are recycled!- Disney World have been recycling (everything not just parade stuff) floats in there current parades for 10 years!!!!! since 1999 they been using those floats for favorites like Spectro Magic or Celebrate a Dream come true and Share a dream come true! which was DisneyWorlds 30th birthday! Ugh come on guys don't recycle! Disneyland uses fresh new ones all the time!

3. Splash mountain has a longer Drop in Disneyland then in DisneyWorld- Bet you didn't know that! yep when you drop you go 50 ft! DisneyWorld is only 30!

4. Walt Built and customized Sleeping Beauty Castle himself-Yep Cinderella may be the monument for movies but Walt Disney himself made Sleeping Beauty Castle. It even has that pazazz.

5. Walt died before World even came out- Yes I know it was his Vision and Dream but He never saw it complete.........For Disneyland he did :D for 11 years!

6.Walt's Apartment is in DLR! -If you know the right people and the right connections you can visit it but right now its off limits to the public

7. California Food and Wine Festival- Been to it 3 times Need I say more?!

8. AWESOME parades!- I have every major parade since 1985. I only have two or 3 Disney World parades. Disneylands parades make me cry all the time not to mention there fireworks show

9. Fantasmic! has new water features!- DisneyWorld does not and Disneyland is where Fantasmic Debut (I did a whole report on it don't even get me started.

10. by 2012 Disneyland will be Disney World- Yep you heard me California Adventure will be completed after 10 years of renovation Fast Track the Ride will be there and so will be Alien encounter!

11. Cast Members are my best friends there :)- I have a couple castmember friends I know who dance and work and dance their guts out in Parades 4 times a day! yep its that awesome.......

12. Disneyland Doesnt need ads to promote the park-If you have watched TV the past 10 years you would know every single commercial they air IS FOR DISNEYWORLD! why? Oh not enough public is going to that park.

13. SHOWS ROCK-Parades and Shows Disneyland works there butt off giving a good presentation. DisneyWorld has like maybe 3 or 4 good shows. Disneyland has like 20. Not to mention there AMAZING fireworks shows.

14. Merchandise at land is Way cheaper then World- Lets see Mickey Mouse gloves $34.95 at WDW! Land $22.95!!! holy cow.

15. and finally.... I was born in CA spent half my childhood in it and... It all started at Land now world....
